I'm Paul Taylor, a long time Tunbridge Wells resident with an almost life long interest in complementary and alternative medicine, hence my wide and eclectic range of therapy qualifications gained under the tutelage of some of the greatest names of the present era.
I was greatly influenced in my teenage years by my grandfather, Roy Taylor, a well known master builder from Crowborough who became one of the early members of the Vegan Society after changing his diet to combat arthritis at the age of 51. On retiring, he moved to Eastbourne where in addition to being a keen organic gardener, he could often be seen riding his bike around the town well into his 90s, at which time he was featured in the BBC magazine The Vegetarian.
My first training, in 1997, was a Diploma in Hypnoanalysis with the renowned Neil French, former principal and founder of the International Association of Hypnoanalysts and still today one of the world's leading authorities on analytical therapy. Although I didn't go into practice at the time, I did benefit greatly from my own therapy (a "training analysis") undertaken as an adjunct to the course.
In 2007 I commenced studying for a Diploma in Homeopathy with the esteemed Dr. Trevor Cook at the British Institute of Homeopathy and in 2011 I began treating patients in the BIH clinic in Essex.
More training followed in 2014, a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from Dr. Ray Roberts of Elestial Training in Cardiff.
My studies continue and I am currently training in advanced psychotherapy with the highly acclaimed Terence Watts at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis
I am also a member of CHE PRO, a continuing professional development group run by the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London, giving qualified homeopaths access to top level lectures, seminars and discussion groups.
I have been practicing in the Tunbridge Wells area since 2015 where you will find me friendly, non -judgemental, empathic and discreet.
